We hold a Kenyan clearing agency licence and operate across 32 African countries through partner networks. That means we can act as your Importer of Record, clearing health products through customs at JKIA and Mombasa, and arranging last-mile delivery to your distribution partner or end client.

Most logistics providers treat clearing as a checkbox. We treat it as regulatory and commercial risk management. We know PPB's expectations around product documentation, storage conditions, and handling. We know KRA's current priorities around undervaluation and origin verification. When there's a risk of hold-up, we proactively engage the regulator or customs authority. When a shipment does get questioned, we resolve it—often the same day.

We also coordinate with partners like Thermo Fisher Scientific for larger clients that need 4PL coordination (we coordinate multiple subcontractors to handle different legs of delivery). And we maintain cold-chain throughout—we don't just clear your product through customs and hand it off.
